Vintage Johnson Brothers "Merry Christmas" Dinner Plate
Vintage Johnson Brothers "Merry Christmas" Dinner Plate
Transfer-printed from genuine hand engravings by Johnson Brothers in Staffordshire, England, this classic ironstone plate centers a cozy, fireside hearth adorned with stockings and ribbon garlands. An embossed swirl rim woven with evergreen boughs frames the holiday scene, lending substantial tactile weight and quiet nostalgia to slow winter dinners. Whether displayed on a plate wall or serving a gathered holiday meal, it carries an enduring sense of comfort to the table.
Note: The reverse bears light paper residue from a past wall hanger; the plate face is entirely smooth, intact, and ready for place-setting use or easel display.
