Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging box it arrived in. Note: Refund requests made after the 48-hour window or without photo evidence cannot be processed.
Sustainable Shipping In an effort to reduce our environmental footprint, we practice "Conscious Packaging." We frequently reuse clean, sturdy shipping boxes and materials. As we like to say: Never judge a treasure by its box.
Damages and Issues As all sales are final, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
