All sales are final. If there is an issue with your order, please let us know within 14 days of receiving your items by contacting us at info@thecommonplaceshop.com

Our Philosophy at The Commonplace, we curate one-of-a-kind antique and vintage pieces. Because these items have a past, they may show signs of wear and character. We believe this is what makes them beautiful.

Safe Arrival Guarantee While we do not offer traditional returns or exchanges, we stand by the quality of our packaging. We guarantee that your item will arrive in the condition described.

To qualify for a refund:

1. Contact us at info@thecommonplaceshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging box it arrived in. Note: Refund requests made after the 48-hour window or without photo evidence cannot be processed.

Sustainable Shipping In an effort to reduce our environmental footprint, we practice "Conscious Packaging." We frequently reuse clean, sturdy shipping boxes and materials. As we like to say: Never judge a treasure by its box.

Damages and Issues As all sales are final, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.  

Order Processing Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be carefully packed and shipped. Once your order is on its way, you will receive a tracking number via email.
