By purchasing from The Common Place, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Products & Condition

  • All items that are authentic vintage or antique pieces will be noted in the product description. If the items are non-antique or non-vintage, they will be properly declared as such in product description.

  • Because of their age, items may show signs of wear, patina, or variations that add to their character.

  • We do our best to describe and photograph each item accurately, but slight differences in color or detail may occur.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars.

  • Payment must be completed at checkout before an order is processed.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other issues.

Shipping

  • Orders ship within the continental U.S. only, unless otherwise noted.

  • Please allow up to 3 business days for processing. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier.

  • Tracking information will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier.

Returns & Exchanges

  • Due to the unique and delicate nature of antique items, all sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged in transit.

  • If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the item and packaging at thecommonplace.contact@gmail.com

Liability

  • We are not responsible for misuse of any item once it has been delivered.

  • All items are sold “as is.”
