Founded in Halifax, West Yorkshire, in 1907 by Fred and J.H. Riley, Riley’s Toffee became famous across Britain for its iconic "Toffee Rolls" and decorative tins. This oval confectionery tin features a colorful Victorian streetscape scene titled "Dickensian Memories," bringing a nostalgic piece of English candy-making history to a desk, bookshelf, or vanity display. Perfect for storing small trinkets, stamps, or desk supplies while adding vintage character to an open shelf layout.
Condition: Displays authentic, age-appropriate wear, including surface rubbing and patina on the lid edge where the lithograph graphic has gently worn down to the bare silver metal beneath; interior and base remain clean and structurally intact.
