Crafted in West Germany, these Bavarian porcelain plates carry a pale sage wash applied by hand with a light, sweeping brushstroke along the rim. The surface features a subtle matte glaze texture that feels soft and tactile rather than slick, letting the brushwork take center stage. With their balanced weight and understated finish, they bring a calm, grounded presence to daily meals or a gallery wall display.
The upper surface features an unpolished matte glaze texture as intended by the factory, which feels tactile rather than glossy, with light, visible brush strokes from the hand-applied green wash.
