To qualify for a refund:

Contact us at info@thecommonplaceshop.com within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging box it arrived in. Note: Refund requests made after the 48-hour window or without photo evidence cannot be processed.

Sustainable Shipping In an effort to reduce our environmental footprint, we practice "Conscious Packaging." We frequently reuse clean, sturdy shipping boxes and materials. As we like to say: Never judge a treasure by its box.

Damages and Issues As all sales are final, please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We ship within the continental U.S. Each order is carefully packed and usually takes up to 3 business days to process. Most packages travel with USPS Priority Mail or UPS and arrive within 3–7 days. Once your order is on its way, we’ll send you a note with tracking details so you can follow its journey home.
